Are you curious to learn what is sound healing, why it is important, and what is all the buzz about crystal singing bowls?

Join us for an immersive weekend as we dive deep into the world of sound with alchemy crystal singing bowls. Together we will explore the history of sound healing, discover a variety of transformational sound tools, tune into our bodies as resonant chambers, gain an understanding of the Laws of Resonance and Entrainment, learn the role crystals play in technology and spirituality, dance, and be nourished by deeply restorative and rejuvenating sound journeys.

Sound Healing is one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing known to our planet. Modern science is now reinforcing what ancient cultures have always known:  We live in a vibrational world. A world of frequency.

By using sound intentionally, we have the opportunity to aid in our own healing processes, improve our well-being, and embrace higher consciousness.

During our time together we will…

  • Explore the power of sound to balance mind, body, and spirit
  • Gain an understanding of how crystals can support your health and well-being
  • Come together in community with the opportunity to slow down, unwind, and be deeply nourished

Our time together will include a blend of transformational sound journeys, experiential activities, breathwork, movement, journaling, and group discussion. You will be empowered with new practices to take home with you that will continue to restore balance and connectivity to yourself and the world around you.
