As the last week of summer culminates on the autumn equinox, we’ll journey through the chakras and call ourselves home to our hearts using sound and alchemy crystal singing bowls.

Sound is one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing, and modern science reinforces what ancient cultures have always known: We live in a vibrational world. All beings are interconnected through frequencies. By using sound healing intentionally, we have the opportunity to be deeply nourished, embrace higher consciousness, and transform the world around us.

Sound healing is the symphony of resonance that awakens the soul’s melody, restoring harmony within and guiding us back to our true essence. Together! We will explore and experience how sound and vibration can entrain our brainwave patterns, calm our hearts, soothe our nervous systems, and balance our chakras.

We will study the basics of the singing bowls, and each day will also include:

  • Nourishing sound journeys
  • Lectures and group discussion
  • Experiential practices
  • Gentle movement
  • Journaling

Come away with new practices to help you feel empowered, connected, and in harmony within and with the world around you. “Sound is the medicine of the future, unlocking the profound healing potential that lies within every cell of our being.” — Dr. Mitchell Gaynor
