We invite you to celebrate the New Year under the starry skies of the new moon as we find connection, curiosity, restoration, and inspiration through alchemy crystal singing bowls, sound, and movement.

Sound Healing is one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing known to our planet. Modern science is now reinforcing what ancient cultures have always known: We live in a vibrational world, a world of frequency. All beings are interconnected through vibrational frequencies, geometry, and sound. By using sound healing intentionally, we have the opportunity to aid in our own healing processes and embrace higher consciousness.

Working with the laws of resonance and entrainment, we will have the opportunity to experience how sound can calm our hearts, soothe our nervous systems, and align our brainwave patterns to bring forth greater states of peace, focus, and joy. We will use the seven main chakras as our guide as we explore the role of sound healing in harmonizing mind, body, and spirit.

Each day will include a blend of specially curated sound journeys, movement, bespoke teachings, and experiential activities. You will also learn the basics of how to play alchemy crystal singing bowls and gain an understanding of how crystals have played and continue to play a role in evolution.

We welcome you to slow down, connect, and find the joy of listening to your soul – to feel empowered to bring new practices home and into the New Year.
