Increased vitality can be a doorway to living an awakened life. In this workshop, we will use the practices of yoga, Zen meditation, and inquiry to support and reveal this exploration. Our vitality is often obscured, but through practice and guidance, it can be available to us all. However we find ourselves, we can flower into the full potential of this human life.
