As human beings, we all have a desire to belong. In this intermediate-level deep dive, Enneagram master educators Russ Hudson and Dr. Deborah Egerton invite you to learn how to use the Enneagram and IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, anti-racism) for reconnection and oneness.
Through a blend of experiential activities and a deep dive into inner work, you’ll be empowered with new tools, knowledge, and community connection to begin your Enneagram journey.
During this program we will:
The Enneagram, when studied and implemented correctly, teaches us how to be together in community through connection and inter-relatedness. Our ability to relate to one another is dependent on how we invest our time and efforts into understanding all the ways we connect with one another.
During our time together, we will explore the 9 Points of the Enneagram through the lens of IDEA and use the intricacies of the Enneagram to uncover our hidden wounds, implicit biases, and opportunities for connection.
Pre-requisite: This program is geared toward those who have gained a foundational understanding of the Enneagram prior to arriving. Please take the time to study the types, gain an understanding of your own type, and be ready to approach the topics of racial healing and social justice.
Participants can research and gain foundational knowledge of the Enneagram at deborahegerton.com and enneagraminstitute.com.
Recommended Reading: Listen to or read: “Between the World and Me” by Ta-Nehisi Coates, and “CASTE: The Origin of our Discontents” by Isabel Wilkerson
