End the year strong in this transformational and deeply interactive workshop with award-winning instructor Justin Michael Williams. In this once-yearly event, you will:

  • Reflect on the year past, lessons learned, and define what goals you want to set for the year ahead.
  • Define an action plan for 2023 using a scientifically proven method.
  • Learn the real science behind habit building and goal setting, and how to apply them to your everyday life so you can reach your goals faster.
  • Create a custom “power action” for the year ahead that helps you overcome limitations in the new year.
  • Come together and build accountability with a community who is ready to create change in their lives and the world.

Together, we’ll create your personal action plan for 2023 and define your steps for action, using a simple and proven method that you can take into the new year. This is your moment to reset, renew, overcome fear and self-doubt, and say “yes” to the year that lies ahead. Become more authentically inspired and motivated as you learn practical tools to overcome the hidden patterns holding you back from the power that’s inside of you. Awaken your true power for the year ahead.

This program has been designed from the ground up to welcome all people of all genders, races, identities, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

10% of tuition goes to the Dream Bigger Foundation, which provides scholarship funds to underserved communities, and hosts the Liberation Experience, a program that works to unite people across social, political, and religious divides, and other transformational opportunities.

Summer Groovers will experience Esalen in a format similar to our Self Guided Explorations workshops. Each Summer Groove week or weekend will open and close with a circle, and be filled with festive, nostalgic activities that harken back to those days of yore.
