This workshop is open to anyone who identifies as a woman, and has welcomed or plans to welcome a child into her life, or who has lost one.

In this three day workshop, you will be guided to an intimate understanding of the ancient science Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, and how it can prepare  you for childbirth, heal after miscarriage, and support the postpartum period. This is a practice of deep rest and reset for your nervous and endocrine systems, and of connection with your ancient, infinite inner genius.

Cosmic Yoga Nidras are sacred practices of connection infused with astrological insights and quantum technology. These practices offer new and exciting ways to communicate with and prepare for the arrival of the powerful little soul you are ushering into this world, as well as a unique way to understand and process grief. Yoga asana and embodied flow will prepare your body for each unique nidra experience, while participation in group discussions and lectures will empower you with new tools, wisdom, and strong community.

What you can expect to learn:

  • What Yoga Nidra is, and how you can use it to re-pattern and re-program your mind.
  • The nature of the mind and its ability to change through growth and reorganization.
  • How to uncover and address existing Samskaras and negative subconscious programming.
  • Understand your own limiting beliefs around birth and motherhood, and shift them into powerful embodied manifestations.
  • Sankalpa, the defining element of yoga nidra. Craft your very own creation statement for motherhood and beyond.

The goal of this workshop is to assist you in uncovering your inner knowing by offering you a deeper and more complete understanding of yoga nidra, astrology, and quantum technology, and how yoga asana can support these applied subjects.

Now is the time to expand your awareness and awaken your greatest potential. To become empowered on your journey to becoming a mother. To build a solid community of connection and support.
