When Fadiman’s book, The Psychedelic Explorer’s Guide: Safe, Therapeutic, and Sacred Journeys, was published in 2011, it sparked a movement across the country and around the world. Microdosing means using sub-hallucinogenic amounts of psychedelics to improve mental health, creativity, and athletic performance and alleviate depression, migraines, chronic pain, addictions, and more. This weekend of discussions, participant reports, coaching methods, and research results will explore the history, science, and best practices for safe and effective microdosing.
