All light arises from darkness. This includes insight, creativity, vision, and possibility. Darkness is not the absence of light, but a vital and restorative expression of nature and consciousness. Join us for a restorative and experiential retreat designed to inspire personal and collective awakening.
Global uncertainty invites us to re-learn how to meet the unknown with grace and curiosity. While we cannot rely on our familiar compass to navigate darkness, we can learn to access the emergent map that comes from presence, embodiment, deep listening, dreaming, receptivity, and relational intelligence. Together we shift away from the world of concepts and ideas, and step into the wisdom and poetry of our bodies.
In the dark, we are invited to open our hearts to fresh perception. We are invited to see clearly beyond the mind of separation and remember who we really are.
This workshop includes meditation, dharma talks, relational mindfulness, ritual, conscious movement, and communion with nature. Discover how spiritual traditions across the world recognize darkness as a portal for spiritual transformation.
