Mindfulness meditation and other contemplative practices have entered all spheres of our society including but not limited to corporate settings, sport performance, medicine, and psychology. Science has confirmed the health benefits in immunity, brain architecture, pain management, and mental and physical resilience that has been part of an ancient system of mental and physical training through meditation practice.
You will participate in guided exercises geared to bring your body, mind, and soul into a self-nourishing whole person, and strengthen your ability to give love to others by first loving yourself.
