Join Devarshi Steven Hartman for this deep dive into the art and science of transformative change, and discover how to build a most remarkable future. We’ll have a luxurious month together in the safe and beautiful container of Esalen to laugh deeply, relate authentically, unwind, and reset.
This four-week workshop will explore potent ways to grow toward our most noble selves. Devarshi’s yoga- and philosophy-based program offers the opportunity to view life in new ways — and to transform. We’ll explore tools for healing the past and feeling more comfortable and alive in our bodies. Through guided experiences, we’ll break free of limitations and cultivate energy to feel and experience life fully, with less fear and more joy!
Be prepared to create a loving relationship with your animal body through play and a variety of movement therapies. Be willing to try on all ranges of emotion as we wake up and turn on our ability to feel everything deeply. Be ready to listen sincerely and share with others, both one-on-one and in groups. Be open to powerful release experiences through psychodrama, breathwork, pranayama, meditation, and movement.
Devarshi has devoted his life to uncovering, studying, practicing, and teaching tools for transformation. He is respected for his gift of synthesizing traditional and modern wisdom to inspire, support, and awaken. Devarshi will help you systematically uncover the habitual, unconscious, unhelpful limiting patterns Indian philosophy calls samskaras. The art and science of yoga offer time-tested practices and remedies to overcome samskaras and achieve true freedom.
