Awaken your internal compass. Join us for this incredible four-day, Friday-to-Monday journey into the art of sound, ceremony, and self-discovery.
Learn to navigate your heart’s wisdom with East Forest and Marisa Radha Weppner. In this intimate, transformational workshop, you will have the unique opportunity to experience three different East Forest live music performances: an intentional ceremony, a full concert, and a group co-creative music session. Additionally, we will use embodiment practices led by Radha that are based upon the principles of Self Awakening Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, and Yin Yoga to create an all-levels, accessible doorway to prepare and integrate inner insights. Ecstatic dance and breathwork are also offered.
In addition to the musical performance and participation experiences, throughout the long weekend we will move through a variety of practices that will aid you in building a sustainable and reliable connection to Self, including:
Through the primacy of our own heart-opening we can discover a pathway of resiliency and healing from the inside out.
Now more than ever, it is important for us to strengthen our internal resolve and build practices for self-resourcing amidst a fundamentally transitioning society. Together we will explore the wilderness in our own hearts, see nature as a mirror, and walk our walk on the planet with increased grace and compassion for ourselves and others.
East Forest and Radha would like to offer a certain amount of scholarship to those in need. Please apply with this form. If further assistance would be helpful, you may apply for an Esalen scholarship in addition.
Please note: While the retreat space and exercises are conducive to deep inner work, the facilitators and Esalen do not condone the use of, or provide illegal substances of any kind.
