We gather on this powerful land for a weekend to remember — with our bodies, minds and spirits — all that we have to be grateful for. Amidst all of the turmoil, we come together in the community to remember that we are enough as we are. Through yoga, meditation, reflection, cliffside baths, and walking on Esalen’s healing land we will return to our hearts.
Together we’ll explore dynamic yoga asana, pranayama, chanting, meditation and yoga Nidra. Let’s recognize each breath as a gift, as we’re nourished by delicious organic meals, the natural hot springs walk among the majestic redwoods, or simply curling up in an ocean-view chair. Whether you come alone or with loved ones, you are sure to return to your daily rhythm with a newfound sense of ease, inspiration and deep gratitude for the life you’re living.
Please bring a yoga mat.
