Join us at the edge of the world as we explore the depths of our wild and playful hearts! Immersed in the powerful container of Esalen lands and held by seasoned guides Gitanjali Hemp and Hannah Muse, you’ll be led through an intentionally curated arc of somatic exploration, energy work, yoga, guided visualization, relational play, and embodied ritual to remember your true nature and rediscover your uninhibited joy.

Bring your curiosity and childlike wonder as we remember how to be free from the conditioning that holds us back. With the new moon, nourishing daily practice, and community connection as our allies, we’ll contact the untamed aliveness at the core of our being.

Hannah will share storytelling, song, yoga (flow, restorative, yin), breathwork, and creative mindfulness-based play that awaken the immediacy of experience and invite us to fall madly in love with life itself.

Gitanjali will share energetic transmission teachings, guided visualizations, creative process, improvisational play, and organic movement. Through these experiences you will be invited to partner with the unseen realms, and to awaken the magical and the mystical in the heart of All.

Our days will follow a nourishing schedule of rich experiential practices balanced with delicious meals, rest, and starlit soaks in Esalen’s healing baths.

No matter who you are or where you are on your spiritual path, join us in experiencing radical renewal and radiant well-being. Vast possibility awaits you.
