Rarely do we allow ourselves the time to stop and look at what is changing and what we need. Drawing on psychological principles, movement practices, and ancient wisdom traditions, we will create a unique environment in which peers can come together for a rare opportunity of intense personal learning, interaction, and exploration.
Our goal is letting go and renewing the self. You will have the opportunity to develop tools, practices, and intentions as a foundation for the next year and next stage of life. Together we will create a courageous and supportive community to make this experiential workshop challenging, safe, enlivening, and nurturing. This is not for the faint of heart and is especially valuable for those who are passionate about having a more powerful and authentic impact on the world around them.

Summer Groovers will experience Esalen in a format similar to our Self Guided Explorations workshops. Each Summer Groove week or weekend will open and close with a circle, and be filled with festive, nostalgic activities that harken back to those days of yore.
