Empower yourself with well-being rituals and change your life forever.

Journey with us toward your embodied, goddess life through the lens of Ayurveda, the 5000 year old sister science to yoga.

Some of the practices we’ll explore include:

  • Breath: Dive into life-changing breathing techniques to shift your energies and understand how to sequence them to feel your best.
  • Body: Learn how to move, breathe, and make asana choices that unbind you from old habits and give you what you really need.
  • Food: Transform your relationship with food using a yogi mindset to release shame and make eating a sacred, nourishing practice.
  • Beauty: Tap into heart-centered, healing touch methods to release, revive, and invite sustained, self-love from the inside out.

We’ll decode the key principles of a complex, ancient system and bring them to life in the real world, so you come away with a personal road map to harmony and well-being.

Included with the workshop is a practitioner’s kit, meant to enhance each person’s workshop experience, and prepare them to take their new practices home with them. Each kit will include:

  • Body oil
  • Tongue scraper
  • Triphala
  • Herbal facial mix
  • Rosewater
  • Rosewood meditation mala
