Healing, rejuvenation, and rebirth are essential for living with vitality and awakening the power of radiant love. In the yoga tradition, there are seven key energy centers called chakras that support transformation in body, mind, and heart. The extraordinary process of alchemy through the chakras helps to turn wounds into wisdom and pain into love.

A weekend workshop designed to help participants cultivate emotional intimacy, deepen their connections, and celebrate their loves. With lots of laughs and transformational depth, you will have the opportunity to compassionately explore the scars and shadows that hold you back from full freedom and authenticity. In the yoga tradition, seven key energy centers called chakras support transformation in the body, mind, and heart. The extraordinary process of alchemy through the chakras helps to turn wounds into wisdom and pain into love.

Together we’ll explore the alchemical practices of:

  • asana (physical yoga postures)
  • pranayama (breathing techniques)
  • mantra (healing sound vibration)
  • mudra (energy seals created by the hands)
  • meditation (expanded states of awareness)
  • guided visualization with the seven chakras

This retreat is a healing pilgrimage through the body temple with these key practices: asana (physical postures of yoga), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra (healing sound vibration), mudra (energy seals), meditation (expanded states of awareness), and vichara (self-inquiry).

Alchemy of Love with Sianna Sherman and Masood Ali Khan embodies four thematic journeys with the chakras. Each session includes asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, meditation, and self-inquiry. Sianna’s nurturing and invigorating style is elevated through her guided storytelling, shadow work, and soul reflection. Masood’s mesmerizing music creates a sonic alchemy for all the practices.

New Moon Radiance — A welcoming, grounding practice with the New Moon energy, focusing on root support, setting the foundation, calling in intentions for healing and rebirth, and soaking in deep rest for full-body restoration. This session focuses on the first two chakras connected with earth and water.

Power to TransformA more up-tempo practice of core work, functional movement, basic arm balances and backbends, dynamic breathing techniques, and creative patterns of movement that awaken the transformative power of clear vision and love. This session focuses on the chakras connected with fire and air.

Renewal and Rejuvenation — A deep and soulful session that explores hip openers, forward folds, and twists with expanded states of consciousness through mantra and meditation. This session focuses on the three upper chakras with the elements of space, unification, and transcendent energies. There will be a Chakra Radiance dance party with mantra and music to lift up the prayers.

Awaken the MuseA soulful practice of vinyasa flow, heart fire vision, and celebration of radiance through all seven chakras. This session honors the alchemical journey of the creative energy as the Sun moves into Gemini, awakening the muse in you to bring your magic to the world.
